Check for following symptoms:

  1. Pain in upper arm
  2. Pain in neck and shoulder blade region
  3. Pain up to forearm
  4. Pain up to fingers
  5. Pain in one side of neck
  6. Pain in central part of neck or up to upper back
  7. Tingling or numbness in fingers
  8. Difficulty in shoulder movements and neck movements
To confirm the diagnosis some radiological tests like X-rays, MRI are needed. Other than this physiotherapist can make diagnosis confirmed by performing some physical tests on the patient.

How can I get rid of it by myself?

  • To relieve back pain following tips will help you;

    1. Hot pack over painful area for 15 minutes twice or thrice a day
    2. Hot water bathing can also help
    3. Stretching exercises
    4. Strengthening exercises
